I’m delighted that I can give a piece of the SEPA preparation system to everyone who chooses us and guarantee them to get to the Start line well prepared and cross the finish line with great results.

SEPA extra long distance training plan:
– for riders who would like to be more resistant, who want to reach the highest level of endurance for the extra long distance race, and they don’t like, when the BIG WALL comes –

Our story:
In 2015 my Athletes entered the SUP 11 City Tour for the first time.

Since then, they achieved
– 11 podium finishes, on the 5 days solo race,
– 1 victory on the Non-Stop women’s race and
– 1 bronze medal in the Non-Stop man category.

All of them prepared themself with our unique SEPA Training Methods.
We achieved a double podium 3 times!

Bruno Hasulyo was on the podium every year! INCREDIBLE!!!

Maximus Sijrier is the youngest person to complete the 220km race in the history of the competition. Not only did he complete it, but he also
won the Open Tour Adult category at the age of 14 in 2022

– Special cardio training – on land, 1-3 times a week (running or spinning or elliptic training…etc)
